THE AMAZON RIVER & JUNGLE
Iquitos - Discover the Jungle
3 days/2 nights PA 110
Day 1 Lima/Iquitos
Upon arrival, reception and warm Amazonian welcome, brief city orientation tour.
Then, transfer to the dock to take the boat and navigate for about one hour
on the Amazon River. Arrival at the Amazon Sindicuy Lodge. Lunch. In the afternoon,
a visit to the Ethnic Yagua group, the oldest native Community in this Amazonian
region.
Day 2 The Rainforest
After breakfast, an interesting walk into the primary rainforest to explore the
biodiversity of the region. Night expedition by canoe, or on foot.
Day 3 Iquitos/Lima
After breakfast, a boat ride to visit agrofarms where
we will get to know more about the life of river people and tropical fruits.
At proper time, return to the city of Iquitos and the airport.
